Since 1971, Mr Goel has commissioned more than 250 million sqft of space in industrial, housing, retail, hospitality, healthcare and education sectors. His wide experience with Clients as well as with the Development Authorities is of great help to all our existing as well as prospective clients. He is a member of Delhi Bar Council. He has done his Bachelor of Law from Delhi University in 1973 and Bachelor of Science from Delhi University in 1968.

Currently heading Architectural Concern, he has commissioned more than 100 million sqft of space in the industrial, housing, retail, hospitality, healthcare and education sectors. He is an empanelled Architect in Delhi, a member of Council of Architecture and an associate of Indian Institute of Architects. A fellow of Institution of Valuers, he is a fellow of Institution of Valuers. He completed his Bachelor of Architecture from MPIET, Nagpur University in 1994.

Since the outset of his career in 1999, Sachin has commissioned more than 50 million sqft of space in industrial, commercial, housing and institutional sectors. He has a master of science in civil engineering (with a specialization in construction engineering and project management) from the University of Texas at Austin, USA (2004) and a bachelor of technology in civil engineering from Indian Institute of Technology at Delhi (1999). He is a registered structural engineer in Delhi and a member of Institution of Engineers. A fellow of Institution of Valuers, he is also a Loss Assessor & a Chartered Engineer.

With an MBA degree from the prestigious Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi (2008) and a bachelor of technology in Electrical from MNNIT Allahabad (2004); Ankit brings an enriched global experience of different industries (IT & Business Consulting) into the field of Construction Management. With his unique perspective at outsourcing; he has achieved a highly efficient quality- intensive model of getting residential, commercial as well as industrial projects completed at a much faster pace (including interiors’ finishing). He is also an associate member of Institution of Engineers.
